As the Creative Director for Hot Wheels at Mattel, I led a talented and dynamic team in crafting innovative brand experiences that ignited the imagination of fans around the world. My role involved overseeing the creative strategy and execution for everything from high-impact campaigns and product launches to immersive digital content and merchandising. With a focus on both creativity and strategic thinking, I ensured that every piece of work aligned with the iconic Hot Wheels brand, blending bold design with a spirit of adventure.

Through a hands-on approach, I collaborated closely with designers, writers, and marketers to develop compelling visuals and narratives that resonated with our audience. I believed in empowering my team to bring their best ideas forward, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity thrived. My goal was not only to maintain Hot Wheels’ position as a leader in the toy industry but also to inspire a Challenger Spirit in every project we undertook, pushing creative boundaries and continuously exploring new ways to connect with our customers. By staying at the forefront of technology and creative trends, I strove to deliver legendary play experiences that captivated both kids and collectors alike.
